Ohio Valley Medical Center is deeply committed to the health and well-being of the Greater Springfield community because we are an active part of it. Our physicians, nurses, and staff all live, work, and raise their families here. In fact, it is because our physicians care so much for the community that they decided to create Ohio Valley in the first place—to provide world-class care to their family, friends, and neighbors. We are a source not only for excellent surgical and patient care, but also for job, volunteer, and charitable works opportunities for area residents. Our regional patients and their families come to Springfield for treatment and support the local economy during their visit through patronage of area businesses. We strive to positively impact the Greater Springfield area beyond the walls of our facility.
