Once inside, you’ll check in at the front desk. If you have any questions or concerns upon your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask. We will help you in any way we can. If you have time following check-in, you can relax in our comfortable waiting area featuring a fully stocked refreshment area and free wireless Internet access—the guest Wi-Fi password is “Welcome!” to reflect our facility’s design philosophy. Also, feel free to engage the scenery—the waiting area walls are covered with artwork for you to enjoy that embodies the spirit of Springfield and its proud history and people.
