Our warm welcome starts at the front door. A canopy protects you from the weather on arrival. Park close to the entrance. Friendly staff greet you and help with any questions.

Our comfortable waiting area is stocked with refreshments. You or a family member may enjoy free wireless internet access in the lobby. Guest Wi-Fi password is “Welcome!” Enjoy reminiscing through selected artwork that connects you to Springfield’s rich history and people.

Maps of nearby points of interest or downtown restaurants are available in the lobby. Please ask the front desk if you need our help with anything.

Our goal is that your experience will offer more than you expected, not less.

If you are staying overnight:

All 24 inpatient rooms are private and on the second floor. Rooms feature free wireless internet access, an iPod dock and CD player as well as space for a family member to sleep overnight.  A family waiting area complete with snacks and refreshments is also located upstairs for your overnight stay convenience. As an overnight patient you may order meals from menus prepared just for you by local restaurants and caterers.

Be sure to bring books, medicine list, socks, robe, toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, comb, lotion or other preparations necessary for your overnight stay. We will provide an admission kit that may cover items you might have forgotten.
